1. Intended Use & Studio Integrity

Our studio space is designed and maintained strictly for high-quality, professional media creation. You agree to the following facility rules:

• Permitted Use: The studio is strictly reserved for professional podcasting, audio/video interviews, and thought-leadership content. Cooking, open flames, physical exercise, or similar activities are strictly prohibited.
• Studio Capacity: Bookings are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 people on site. Any request exceeding this capacity requires prior written approval from studio management.
• In-Studio Scope: The facility is reserved for in-studio recording sessions only. Special events or non-recording gatherings require prior arrangements.

2. Professional Conduct & Studio Rules

All clients and guests using the studio premises must conduct themselves in a professional, safe, and respectful manner at all times. You agree to:

• Treat studio staff, engineers, technicians, and surrounding facility occupants with courtesy and respect.
• Maintain cleanliness within the studio area. All trash, personal items, food, and beverages must be properly disposed of or removed at the conclusion of your session.
• Comply with all posted studio rules, safety guidelines, and verbal instructions provided by studio management or staff.

3. Inspections, Property Damage & Financial Liability

To ensure all users enjoy a premium environment, we perform rigorous pre- and post-session checks.

• Pre- & Post-Session Inspections: Studio staff inspects the space and hardware before your arrival to ensure everything is in perfect working order, as well as immediately following your session.
• Damages & Breakage: By entering the studio, you accept full financial responsibility for the condition of the space and equipment during your reserved time. Any loss, breakage, or damage to studio furniture or hardware (including microphones, cameras, lighting, and acoustic treatments) will be charged to the customer at the full cost of repair or replacement.
• Payment Authorization: Studio Management reserves the right to charge the payment method on file or invoice you for all repair/replacement costs and necessary deep-cleaning fees.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

• 24-Hour Notice Required: You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time to receive a full refund.
• Non-Refundable Window: Bookings cancelled, altered, or rescheduled within the 24-hour window prior to session start are completely non-refundable.

5. Session Timing, Overtime & File Deliverables

• Punctuality: Booked studio sessions begin and end strictly at the scheduled times. Setup, sound check, recording, and teardown must occur within your allotted window.
• Overtime & Extra Services: Any studio time or technical engineering beyond the booked session is the financial responsibility of the Client and will be billed at standard hourly rates, subject to availability.
• Recording File Delivery: Raw recordings and behind-the-scenes (BTS) files will be delivered via a secure Dropbox link within 1–2 hours following session completion.
• Post-Production / Editing: If you select audio or video editing services, final edited files will be delivered within 24 hours.
• Photo Studio Area: Usage of the photo studio area is self-service (clients must bring their own camera and photographer) unless dedicated photographer services are added for an additional fee during booking.

6. Reservation of Rights & Booking Refusal

• Studio Management reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any studio booking or session at its sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct, safety hazards, or breach of these terms.

7. Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Media & Publicity Release

While on studio premises, studio personnel may capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) photographs, audio, and video recordings of sessions, setups, and general studio activities.

• Ownership & Usage: All BTS photos, videos, and media captured by our team are the exclusive property of Facet Media Studio / Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Publicity Consent: You hereby grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, and distribute such BTS footage, images, and audio across promotional materials, website content, marketing campaigns, and social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) without compensation or prior review.

8. Acknowledgment & Consent

• By proceeding with your booking, checking the consent box on our online booking form, or entering the studio, you signify your full agreement to these Terms of Service.
