Before Your Session
Just your ideas, your passion, and your talking points! We handle everything else—from the microphones and lights to pressing record. You don’t need to worry about a thing.
Our setups are perfectly optimized to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. If you have a unique project that requires more people, please contact us ahead of time so we can discuss options.
To keep our space clean and safe for all creators, we cannot accommodate podcasts that involve cooking, open flames, physical exercise, or similar activities. We specialize strictly in conversational, interview, and thought-leadership content!
Yes! We can set up close-up shots if your show needs them. Just keep in mind that doing this will occupy one of our three 4K studio cameras. Let us know before your session starts so we can configure the room for you.
Bookings, Changes, & Cancellations
We know life happens! You can freely cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your booking. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.
Right now, we focus 100% on providing a premium experience for in-studio podcasts. However, if you are planning a special event, please reach out to us directly to see how we might be able to help.
Getting Your Files & Editing
Incredibly fast! Within 1 to 2 hours of wrapping up your session, we will email you a secure Dropbox link containing all of your high-quality audio and video recordings. We’ll even throw in any fun behind-the-scenes photos we snapped during your visit!
If you add our professional audio or video editing services to your episode, please allow just 24 hours for our team to polish your files and deliver the final cut to you.
The Photo Studio
Our gorgeous waiting-room photo studio is open for rental, but you will need to bring your own camera equipment and photographer.
No problem! We can supply a professional studio photographer for an additional fee. Just let us know when booking so we can arrange it.
